I tag along with Tom downtown any chance I can. After showing a rental we ended up at Harbor East and chose to eat lunch at Talara, the new Latin restaurant next to the Hilton Garden Inn. It's Zagat rated and got a good score on Urbanspoon. It's really lively in there, with Latin music, bright colors, neon, funky lights and cool paintings. The wait staff were really great to us. Incredibly attentive and intuitive. We brought our young son with us and the bartender knew exactly what size spoon to bring for him. Believe me, that's a big deal when you have a little kid.
